We have an exciting opportunity to step into a Service Manager role within our established motor claims team. As a Service Manager youll play a key role in driving team performance nurturing a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring outstanding service delivery every step of the way.

Your new role
Lead and support daily operations guiding the team on claims handling policy interpretation and quality assurance.
Drive continuous improvement by developing efficient processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.
Contribute to business planning and support the delivery of strategic objectives through innovation and collaboration.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while managing complaints and supporting investigations when needed.
Oversee claims decisions including setting reserves and authorising payments within your authority.
Mentor and coach team members sharing technical expertise to support their growth and development.
About you
Demonstrated experience in leading and supporting highperforming teams with the ability to drive strong results and cultivate a positive team culture.
Exposure to motor claims is highly regarded though not essential with the capability to quickly learn new processes and adapt to technical or operational requirements.
Strong leadership capability with a proven track record of motivating coaching and developing others in a dynamic and fastpaced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative customerfocused approach and the confidence to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Solid understanding of customer service principles and a strong commitment to delivering service excellence ensuring customer outcomes remain at the centre of all decisions.
Confidence in working across multiple systems and navigating them with ease coupled with the ability to multitask learn quickly and remain adaptable and flexible in an everchanging environment.
