What youll do:
As the friendly face of our resort youll ensure every guest has a seamless memorable experience from the moment they enquire to the moment they say goodbye.
In this casual role (with shifts between 8am6pm including some weekends and public holidays) you will:
- Manage reception tasks including taking bookings preparing invoices and checking guests in and out
- Respond to phone and email enquiries with warmth professionalism and efficiency
- Work closely with other departments to coordinate room readiness and meet guest needs
- Help create an environment where guests feel relaxed valued and excited to return
What youll bring:
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building meaningful guest connections
- A bright positive attitude with the ability to work well within a fastpaced team
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Flexibility to support other areas of the resort when needed because were one team that works together
- Strong computer literacy and/or experience in working with booking/reservation systems
