ISS helps independent sellers to grow and expand domestically and globally by creating the best tools to help sellers extend their catalog to multiple marketplaces maximize their ROI by enrolling products in the right programs (e.g. Fulfilled by Amazon) and provide solutions to start selling in new markets.
At Product Adoption we help sellers adopt EFN products and provide the necessary support pre and post enrollment. We also gather feedback to share program and product improvements.
Key job responsibilities
Supporting the growth of the Sellers business by adding selection and programs and delivering on key business opportunities for Sellers
Supporting key improvement initiatives and projects: drive new product launches and relationship extensions by partnering with the business development and on-boarding teams
Working with Sellers to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great consumer experience
Uses data to provide insights to business leaders and is able to effectively represent the function in various forums (WBRs/MBRs/QBRs etc.)
Takes data driven decisions to prioritize strategic initiatives focus areas etc.
Lead an extended team of Managers and Account Managers Team Leads to meet Seller recruitment goals (launches/Revenue/program adoption etc.)
Leads recruiting and hiring efforts across direct team and broader organization
Develop weekly metrics to track critical inputs and outputs and report out in weekly business reviews and regular flash reports to senior management
About the team
The International Seller Services organization develops solutions that enable sellers around the world including the software platform and applications that drive demand generation customer acquisition seller integration customer relationship management and order management functions necessary for sellers to manage their business online at Amazon.
- 3 years of digital advertising and client facing roles experience
- Bachelors degree
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- 3 years of client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience
- Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights
