Job Summary
Suntrup Auto is seeking a skilled GM Certified Technician to join our team in St. Peters MO. This role involves diagnosing repairing and maintaining General Motors vehicles to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair be detail-oriented and committed to delivering excellent workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on GM vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes tire rotations and brake inspections.
- Use specialized tools and equipment to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle status and repair needs.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest GM vehicle technologies and repair techniques.
Requirements
- Valid GM certification as a Technician REQUIRED.
- Proven experience in automotive repair specifically with GM vehicles.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be located in or willing to commute to St. Peters MO.
