We are seeking a Care Team Leader (CTL) to:

Serve as a role model and clinical resource for other team members.
Work closely with the unit manager and other team members to establish goals to meet the needs of the patient family and other care providers.
Contribute to and support the effective management of the unit.

Qualifications

Baccalaureate degree in nursing Preferred

Work Experience

2 years relevant nursing experience Required
3 years age appropriate surgical services experience Preferred
2 years prior leadership experience Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

Registered Nurse Required
Basic Life Support/CPR Required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or ability to obtain within 180 Days Required
National certification in relevant specialty Preferred
