Position: Primary Care Physician (PCP)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $100$130/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Review and annotate clinical text EHR data and patient case notes to identify diagnoses co-morbidities treatment plans and outcomes.
- Structure complex medical information for AI training and reasoning to enhance decision-making and care delivery.
- Audit annotated datasets to ensure high clinical accuracy and consistency validating AI-generated outputs like summaries and recommendations.
- Contribute to annotation guidelines taxonomies and decision frameworks defining edge cases and nuanced clinical scenarios.
- Evaluate AI systems for clinical workflows flagging inaccuracies and providing structured feedback to improve model performance.
- Map real-world clinical workflows into AI-compatible processes to support seamless integration into healthcare operations.
Qualifications
Must-Have
- MD or DO
- Board-certified or board-eligible
- Active medical license in good standing
- 2 years of clinical experience preferably in inpatient or hospitalist settings
Preferred
- Academic hospital experience
