What success looks like in this role:

Designs implements and supports enterprise storage and data protection solutions (e.g. Dell EMC storage platforms backup technologies) for a dedicated client environment.

Acts as a technical point of contact for a specific client ensuring performance availability and capacity planning of storage and backup systems.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Location: Preferably based in Mexico City (CDMX) Monterrey or Guadalajara; required to work in the client office 3 times a week (hybrid work model).
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish and a High level of English required. The position will involve regular communication with specialists within our company and external vendors.
• Studies: Related engineering degree completed.

Dell EMC Data Protection and Backup Software: PowerProtect Avamar Networker RecoverPoint

Dell EMC Data Protection and Backup Solutions: Cyber Recovery VxRail

Dell EMC Data Storage Solutions: VNX Unity VMAX PowerMax

DSI VTL backup/restore solution

Dell EMC Storage Certification

Scrum Methodology knowledge

Automation Solutions knowledge
