Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Problem-Solving Specialist to join our team in Celaya this role you will be responsible for mentor train and develop associates as Problem Solving Leaders or Sponsors following a strategic thinking and structured method to find and eliminate technical and managerial root cause. Support Value Stream organizations as well by coaching Problem Solving Teams in order to fix critical and repetitive problems through Problem Solving methodologies (8D Shainin KT etc). Maintain and improve process required for the Celaya Plant Problem Solving activities. You will work collaboratively with various departments to implement effective solutions that drive efficiency and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities strong organizational skills and a commitment to delivering results.
o Coordinate the Project selection criteria base on Plant Indicators.
o Assure that the projects selected have the resources assigned (Leader Sponsor time etc.)
o Coach Problem Solving technics and strategic thinking.
o Periodical project status review with sponsors and leaders.
o Keep and tracking CeaP personnel trained and certified in Problem Solving Methodologies.
o Track and report Problem Solving Projects (KPIs Status savings next steps etc.)
o Projects assessment to evaluate quality and time.
o Ensure Problem Solving process compliance with Bosch and customer standards.
o Responsible to ensure Problem Solving systems standardization within CeaP
o Coaching 8D evaluation
o Communication with Lead Plants (LP) Centers of Competence (CoC) and competence networks (CN) in Bosch for process standardization and improvement.
Qualifications :
- Certified in Red X Journeyman and Red X Master
- Problem Solving expert or 8D Certification
- Six Sigma black belt Certified
- Statistic methods Advanced
- Quality Tools Expert
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components
- Proven experience in problem-solving troubleshooting or process improvement initiatives
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- German basic
- Negotiation and customer experience
- Advanced Quality Methods

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
