Job Summary

THE ROLE

Join our dynamic sales team to help us nurture and grow our existing and new broker networks and a nutshell the role is essentially

Acquisition of new high value partners through organising and attending industry and aggregator events and meetups phone calls and online meetings

Maintenance of strong existing relationships within your partner network

Understanding the cost of acquisition of a brokers business

Thoroughly qualifying leads and managing broker expectations and then professionally delivering the outcome whether good or bad

Building high quality relationships with our internal relationship and credit teams

Building a strong working knowledge of our product suite and understanding how we compare to our competition


Qualifications :

THIS PERSON IS SOMEONE WITH...

Solid experience in a business development role in a financial services environment

Excellent track record of growing and nurturing a network

Demonstrated business acumen needed to quickly learn and understand a financial product suite

Curiosity positivity and drive

An all-round great relationship builder
