Academic Success Coach

In your role as a success coach you will:

• Offer personalized academic support through one-on-one or small group sessions.
• Guide students in mastering difficult concepts and developing strong study skills.
• Cultivate a supportive and inspiring learning environment.
• Collaborate with parents teachers and team members to track progress and adjust teaching methods.
• Make a lasting impact on students educational journeys and growth.

Qualifications :

Were looking for candidates who:

• Have a deep passion for education and a dedication to supporting student success.
• Have completed a degree in the subject area(s) they wish to tutor (e.g. Math Science English etc.).
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit patience empathy and adaptability when working with students.
• Come with prior experience in tutoring and proficiency in one or more lanaguages which is beneficial but not required.

Compensation: $32 - $40 per hour
