Job Duties:
Manages all property control and fleet functions in compliance with LPAA DOA and OJJ policies.
Conducts inventory reviews maintains asset records prepares required reports and supports audit activities.
Ensures fleet vehicles receive scheduled maintenance and repairs; reviews and submits all vehicle documentation.
Tracks and processes surplus property; maintains organized and compliant filing systems.
Prepares annual property certification and compliance audit materials; meets all required deadlines.
Enters and maintains work order data for preventive maintenance and facility repairs.
Tracks physical plant issues and prepares reports for supervisors and OJJ leadership.
Prepares agendas correspondence spreadsheets and meeting materials; coordinates meeting schedules and room setups.
Communicates with vendors and responds to information requests from OJJ Central Office.
Creates and maintains purchase requests for Maintenance and other assigned sections.
Creates enters and tracks purchase requisitions in internal and state systems.
Obtains vendor information prepares purchase orders and contracts and maintains procurement files.
Manages LaCarte purchasing card transactions in compliance with all guidelines.
Assists with consumables inventory electronic receiving and documentation for payment processing.
Resolves purchasing issues prepares required reports and coordinates with OJJ DPS Financial Services and State Purchasing.
Performs related duties and assists with special projects as assigned.
