Job Summary
You will work closely with leading private equity and hedge fund firms in the alternative asset industry supporting them under the guidance of seasoned industry professionals. This role involves managing trade and position reconciliations resolving discrepancies preparing performance estimates and overseeing fund accounting processes. Additionally you will provide client onboarding support manage team members and act as an escalation point for complex issues.
What youll do
- Youll collaborate with the client lead to build and maintain strong relationships through direct communication with multiple clients.
- Youll foster a collaborative team environment by mentoring junior staff and actively participating in training and development.
- Youll oversee financial operations including budgeting vendor payments cash management and maintaining accurate records.
- Youll advise clients on accounting matters while managing fund administrator interactions and supporting audits NAV reviews and tax filings.
- Youll continuously evaluate and improve internal processes to monitor engagement efficiency and contribute to strategic client growth initiatives.

- The salary for this position will be dependent on experience and location ($100000 - $120000).
Qualifications :
- You hold a Bachelors degree in accounting finance economics or a related field.
- You bring 10 years of experience in financial services ideally with middle office exposure and hedge fund expertise.
- You have strong knowledge of financial instruments across domestic and global markets including equities fixed income derivatives and FX.
- You demonstrate exceptional analytical accounting and communication skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- You are proficient in advanced Excel and portfolio accounting systems such as Enfusion or Geneva and possess strong research and writing capabilities.
