- Assist in coordinating logistics for trade shows conferences and partner events.
- Support event registration processes attendee communication and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with marketing design and sales teams to ensure event materials align with brand guidelines.
- Help with vendor coordination including venues hotels catering shipping and suppliers.
- Maintain event documentation checklists and timelines.
- Assist in preparing event presentations printed materials and post-event reports.
Qualifications :
- Currently enrolled in a university program in Event Management Hospitality Marketing or Communications.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital tools (e.g. Teams SharePoint Excel or project management tools).
- Eagerness to learn and contribute within an international team.
- Availability to support events in different time zones when necessary.
