Job Summary
Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist
Location: Lisbon Portugal (Hybrid 2 days onsite)
Employment Type: Full-time
Join our growing digital marketing team in Lisbon
Focusing on Google Ads optimisation in an international environment and knowledge of GNS (Google Network Settings)
Responsibilities
- Build and implement optimisation strategies for premium advertising accounts
- Create keyword packs bidding strategies and budget recommendations
- Analyse account- and campaign-level performance data
- Optimise campaigns across Search Google Search Network (GSN) Mobile & Video
- Track KPIs and deliver performance-driven insights
Requirements
- Native or fluent German or Dutch (spoken & written)
- English at B2 level or higher
- 12 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads (mandatory)
- Background in Digital Marketing / Online Advertising
- Strong analytical mindset
- Excel knowledge
Salary & Compensation
- Annual gross base salary: 23000
- Language bonus: 3240 gross / year
- Performance bonus: 5% of annual gross base salary
- Meal allowance: 7.63 per working day (net paid via meal card)
- Transportation allowance: 720 gross / year
- 3K Signing Bonus
