Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a functional lead in MarTech and Marketing Automation with a strong focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
- Identify design and deliver high-value use cases such as automation personalization omnichannel journeys analytics and AI-driven scenarios.
- Support clients in shaping value propositions demos and roadmaps for Digital and Strategic Marketing initiatives.
- Translate business and marketing goals into concrete actionable technological solutions.
- Collaborate closely with CRM data IT and partner teams to ensure solution adoption scalability and long-term value.
- Promote best practices innovation and continuous improvement across MarTech capabilities.
- Contribute to the evolution of internal knowledge and client-facing methodologies.
Profile & Skills
- Proven experience in digital marketing CRM marketing automation or MarTech platforms either in project delivery or from a customer/functional perspective.
- Practical knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent marketing automation technologies.
- Strong ability to connect technology data and business objectives.
- Clear and effective communication skills able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on adoption impact and measurable outcomes.
- Comfortable working in multidisciplinary and client-facing environments.
