Arabic: Native / C1C2 (mandatory)

Manage customer support for digital advertising products and paid campaigns
Handle end-to-end product troubleshooting via chat and email
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Collaborate with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams
Drive case resolution while meeting SLAs and productivity targets
Educate advertisers on product features and common issue types
Native-level Arabic (C1C2)
English level B2
Mandatory experience in Paid Campaigns
Previous experience in Digital Marketing or Marketing Customer Support
Valid Portuguese work permit required
Monthly salary: 920 x 14 payments
Bonus: 200 x 11 months
Meal allowance: 7.63 per working day
Health insurance from day 1 (employee contribution required free after 6 months)
