Manager to our Banking & Financial Services Engineering Team

Are you an experienced Agile Transformation Change Leader or Agile Delivery specialist with a passion for banking Deloitte AB in Stockholm is looking for talented professionals with 4-6 years of experience to join our team and help drive agile change within the financial services sector.

In this role you will be key to accelerating agile transformations and delivering agile projects that empower our banking clients to enhance efficiency innovation and business outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement agile operating models tailored to complex banking environments.

What Youll Do

• Build test and implement technology solutions for leading banks and financial institutions.
• Work in Agile delivery teams supporting iterative development and continuous improvement.
• Drive transformation projects in core banking payments cards lending compliance and risk management.
• Collaborate across Deloittes Swedish and global practices to deliver future-proofed solutions.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology contributing to product roadmaps and delivery.
• Ensure that technical solutions meet business needs as well as security and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and coach defined projects and smaller teams fostering collaboration driving performance and ensuring successful delivery of objectives.

Qualifications :

What We Are Looking For:

• 4-6 years experience as a consultant within Business Agility Agile Transformation Change Leader or Agile Delivery (Agile Project Management) professional within banking
• Strong understanding of agile frameworks and proven experience leading or supporting agile transformations and delivery teams
• Expertise in at least two of the following areas:
  • Value stream design and agile operating model development
  • Agile tooling such as JIRA and Confluence including configuration or migration
  • Lean Portfolio Management
  • Agile people management including agile practices for line organizations
  • Product Management including business analysis or product ownership focused on lifecycle and continuous improvement
  • DevOps and/or agile testing and quality assurance
• Willingness to travel
• You are working and living in Sweden
• Proficiency in Swedish and English and strong communication skills

Preferred Knowledge:

• Experience working in core banking domains such as Payments Lending Savings Cards AML Risk Compliance Trading & Capital Markets or Finance and Regulatory Reporting
• Meriting if you previously held roles within Banking such as Product Owner Scrum Master RTE Coach Epic Owner or Transformation Lead
• Ability to apply agile principles within regulated and complex banking environments
• Familiar with concepts such as systems/design thinking dual operating system and Scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe Scrum at Scale or Spotify.
• Academic background in behavioral science engineering or information systems
