As our Financial Controller you will have a key role in supporting the Örebro factory and being part of a European Finance team. Its a great chance to take ownership and grow drive insights and make a real impact. Please apply with a CV in English.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze gross margins and overall product profitability identify improvement opportunities and follow up with operations leaders.
- Provide monthly costtracking and variance analyses (inventory cost of poor quality department costs etc.).
- Lead forecasting and budgeting activities including balance sheet planning and supporting managers.
- Contribute to monthly financial closing.
- Participate in key operational and financial meetings (Weekly Forecast Inventory E&O and Warranty).
- Ensure accurate product costing through monthly allocations and yearly standard cost updates.
Skills Experience and Education
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive driven mindset
- Effective collaboration and social skills; able to work independently and crossfunctionally
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities with a strong focus on meeting deadlines
- Strong communication skills with fluent written and spoken English and knowledge of Swedish accounting principles
- Solid understanding of finance processes including monthly closing in a multinational environment
- University degree in Finance or Business Administration with experience as a Controller in international manufacturing companies
