We are looking for a driven and strategic Corporate Strategy Manager to join the strategy team at If workingacross all Nordic markets and Business Areas. Initiatives can range from developing growth strategies evaluating market changes and ways to capitalise on them to running operational improvement initiatives and much more.
You will work in close collaboration withtheother team members(3-4 strategy managers)and in parallel build a supportive network across the organisation. Your tasks would include:
Supporting the development of our overarching strategy
Leading prioritised strategic initiatives at both Nordic and country levels
Working closely with and advising business units on selected projects and strategic development
Exploring and assessing major new business opportunities
Preparing and presenting strategic analyses of selected business issues to leadership teams and relevant forums

Who are you
You have 3-5 years of relevant work experience in management consulting business development or equivalent.
You also have:
Strong business acumen and ability to evaluate how market changes and trends affect the insurance market and If
Strong communicationskills and ability tofacilitateboth discussions and presentations on complex business issues
Ability to run multiple initiatives in parallel witha strong sensefor planning and prioritisation of work
Ability toestablishcredibility and trusting relationships with senior stakeholders
Self-motivated enjoy analytical work andseekto understand business trends throughfacts and figures
Strong academic record with a . degree in business administration or engineering
Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language
