Requirement Education/Training:
University degree or above
Medical Science Pharmacy or related major preferred
Work Experience:
Minimum of 15 years experience in brand management of pharmaceutical or medical device industry with proved success on people caring and development.
Demonstrated solid experience in brand marketing strategy development promotional programs development and execution with excellent commercial insight and strong analytical skill.
Required pre-requisites skills/experience for this position:
Excellent and effective oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese proficiency in use of standard software applications especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Proactive in problem solving and a team player.
Passionate for excellent work self-motivated and customer orientated.
Strategic and operational with financial acumen
Dutiesand Responsibilities
Main Duties:
- Lead in the development of annual brand planning including business objectives strategies and translation of strategies to marketing programs and campaigns for Aesthetics Portfolio aligning to Global & Regional Strategic Direction
- Develops marketing strategy for new and existing products/Brands including planning & resource allocation
- Lead the implementation of marketing programs (campaigns events) from concept to execution driving collaboration among internal and external partners
- Works closely with Sales team to meet commercial objectives by developing appropriate tools and guidance to drive utilization
- Develop & implement the marketing team objectives by ensuring team mobilization cohesion consistency and clear activity allocation
- Partner with internal digital & trade marketing teams alongside with agencies to develop manage and execute an annual 360-degree communication calendar
- Undertakes continuous analysis of competitive environment trends & monitor Brands performance and integrate insights to tactical solutions
