Responsibilities
What Youll Do
- Canvass neighborhoods daily talk to homeowners and spark interest in renewable energy.
- Coach your team: train new sales reps share best practices and build a competitive culture.
- Drive results: set targets strategize and execute campaigns with the management team.
- Represent with integrity: educate customers accurately follow compliance and build trust.
- Stay knowledgeable: keep up on renewable trends sales strategy and company updates.

Qualifications
Who Were Looking For
- Proven experience insales leadership canvassing or direct sales
- Solar or renewable energy background aplus
- Confident communicator who cantrain motivate and close deals
- Organized self-starter with atrack record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Full-time availability:Monday Friday 11:00 AM 8:00 PM
- 18 High school diploma or equivalent
