Job Summary

Job Title : Salesforce Technical Lead

Experience: 12 Years Must
Location: Windsor CT(Onsite)

Required Skills and Qualifications-

12 years of overall IT experience with at least 7 years in Salesforce development and architecture.
Proven experience leading Salesforce development teams across onsite-offshore models.
Deep technical expertise in Apex Aura and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Strong understanding of Salesforce core platform features - Flows Triggers Validation Rules and Custom Metadata.
Hands-on experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Gearset Copado Jenkins or similar.
Proficiency with Salesforce DX Git and multi-environment strategy.
Strong grasp of Salesforce security performance optimization and scalable architecture patterns.
Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications required; Application or System Architect certifications preferred.
Excellent client communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.
