Job Summary
Title: Scrum Master Lead
Location : PA - Pittsburgh OH - Strongsville AL - Birmingham TX - Dallas AZ - Phoenix
Mode: 5 days on site

Function of the Group: Product and Pricing
Initiatives/Projects: The role will work within Home Lending Originations working with crews that
Solve for business problems related to First Mortgage and Home Equity products.
Industry background: Mortgage and home equity lending
Roles/Responsibilities:
The Scrum Master will partner with a minimum of two crews.
The Scrum Master will guide the crews to follow agile practices and help with ceremonies.
Facilitate ceremonies such as daily stand-ups retros and demonstrations of product output.
Coach crews in Agile methodologies.
Escalate to the appropriate resource when issues occur (could be product owner tech lead tech manager).
Collaborate with any vendor partners on planning and escalations
