Job Description: We are seeking energetic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff team you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our airport facilities. You will be responsible for assisting passengers with check-in baggage handling and boarding procedures as well as providing exceptional customer service throughout their journey. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters boarding gates and baggage claim areas - Handle passenger inquiries complaints and requests in a professional and courteous manner - Check boarding passes and travel documents to ensure compliance with airline regulations - Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage onto the aircraft - Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely departure of flights - Monitor flight schedules and communicate any changes or delays to passengers - Conduct safety and security checks of the aircraft before and after each flight - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Provide special assistance to passengers with disabilities or special needs - Handle cash and credit card transactions for excess baggage fees and other services - Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures at all times Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Basic computer skills - Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage - Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus but not required Benefits: - Competitive salary - Medical and dental insurance - Paid time off - Career advancement opportunities - Training and development programs - Employee discounts on travel and other services If you are passionate about the aviation industry and have a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service we would love to hear from you.
