About the Job:
The Assistant Manager - Business Development drives revenue growth by identifying opportunities executing sales strategies and building client relationships. The role involves market research cross-functional collaboration and managing the sales cycle to deliver tailored IT and managed service solutions aligned with the companys global expansion goals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business leads.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets.
- Build and maintain client relationships.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Collaborate with technical marketing and product teams.
- Prepare proposals RFPs and maintain CRM records.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development preferably in IT or managed services
- Proven track record of meeting personal and team revenue targets
- International business experience (highly desirable)
- Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field (preferred not mandatory)
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure cloud platforms and cybersecurity
- Conduct client needs analysis and deliver presentations.
- Provide sales forecasts and regular performance reports. and solutions
