Lead Commercial HVAC Installer $40$60/hr $2000 Sign-On Bonus 401(k) Match Year-Round Work

$2000 SIGN-ON BONUS PAID AFTER 90 DAYS

Total System Services (TSS) is seeking an experienced Lead Commercial HVAC Installer to run projects across the Boise area.

TSS has served Boise and the surrounding areas for over 30 years providing commercial and industrial HVAC services including preventative maintenance service/repair and installation. Our installation work includes replacements retrofits renovations energy-efficiency upgrades and new construction for commercial industrial and government facilities. We perform both plan/spec and design-build projects.

We are growing and looking for a skilled Install Lead who wants to take ownership of projects and grow with our company.

What Youll Do

Lead commercial HVAC installations from layout through startup

Install RTUs split systems ductwork gas piping and accessories

Perform duct layout measurements and field takeoffs

Order materials and coordinate deliveries

Read and execute plans and specifications

Direct crews and maintain productivity on site

Coordinate crane picks and equipment setting

Maintain jobsite safety and quality standards

Communicate progress issues and needs to management

Ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope

Requirements

Minimum 5 years commercial HVAC installation experience

Proven ability to lead crews and run jobs independently

Strong sheet metal layout and fabrication skills

Ability to perform accurate takeoffs and measurements

Experience ordering materials and managing job logistics

Ability to read blueprints and install drawings

State-required licenses and EPA certification

Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Dependable professional and safety-focused

Pay & Schedule

$40$60 per hour (DOE)

Full-time MondayFriday

Typical hours: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Occasional early starts based on project needs

Consistent year-round commercial work
