client in NYC that is seeking a Commercial Performance Analyst. Responsibilities:
- Leads deep dive/ad hoc analysis on evolving share volume and segment issues and recommends appropriate action plans
- Analyzes impact of sales & marketing performance drivers: distribution displays features space price dynamics brand health media spend to develop insights & recommendations
- Transforms insights into recommendations to through simple visual and action-oriented deliverables that drives common understanding and aligns stakeholders
- Liaises regularly with key marketing sales and insights stakeholders
- Conducts training as required with region teams and management on utilization of tools to monitor performance
- Understands competitive threats and results of actions in the marketplace
Requirements
- Bachelors degree
- 0-1 years of experience or entry level applicant
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (proficient - VLOOKUPs & large data sets and visualizing data)
- Ability to create and Maintain Power BI Dashboards strongly preferred
- Experience in a programming language (object-oriented or database language) preferred
- Must be detail oriented have strong communication skills and be a self-sufficient running projects
