Job Summary

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in sales or business development with a consistent track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Proven expertise in strategic negotiations complex deal structuring and contract closures.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously in a performance-driven target-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms sales analytics and forecasting tools.
  • Experience within technology-driven construction or service-based organizations is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional presentation relationship management and client advisory skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with a strong focus on revenue growth market expansion and long-term value creation.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth by identifying qualifying and converting strategic sales opportunities.
  • Own and manage the entire sales lifecycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and final deal closure.
  • Build maintain and continuously optimize a robust sales pipeline aligned with organizational revenue targets.
  • Develop and sustain long-term trusted partnerships with key clients and decision-makers.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients by deeply understanding their business needs and delivering tailored value-driven solutions.
  • Lead pricing discussions commercial negotiations and contract finalization to ensure profitable outcomes.
  • Monitor market dynamics competitor activity and customer insights to identify new growth and expansion opportunities.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management to refine sales strategies and offerings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of sales activities forecasts and performance metrics within CRM systems.
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports pipeline reviews and strategic updates to leadership.
