Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties including filing scanning and data entry.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails phone calls messages).
Maintain and update company databases records and documents.
Assist with scheduling meetings preparing agendas and coordinating appointments.
Support office staff with preparing basic reports spreadsheets and presentations.
Organize and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Assist with onboarding tasks such as preparing induction documents.
Welcome visitors and handle basic reception duties when required.
