The Role: Floor Leader
The Floor Leader acts as a primary point of contact on the retail floor ensuring that both the team and the customers have everything they need. The focus area is maintaining a high-quality shopping environment and supporting daily sales activities.
Key Responsibilities

Guide floor staff in delivering exceptional brand experiences

Oversee the presentation and cleanliness of the retail space

Assist in training and supporting new team members on the floor
