Job Summary
Job brief
Our client is a top tier investment bank in Hong Kong with a global presence. They are looking for a skilled C developer to be based in their Hong Kong office working alongside a very high calibre team.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement low latency exchange connectivity and trading algorithms including quoting hedging and arbitrage for listed derivatives and delta one products.
- Collaborate closely with quantitative analysts and traders to define the operational parameters of trading algorithms.
- Develop C applications integral to our core trading infrastructure.
Conduct thorough testing of code including automated testing and actively engage in code review processes.
- Provide tier 3 technical support.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience working with global development teams
- Good experience operating C systems in a Linux environment
- Good knowledge with scripting language (e.g. Python)
- Good market knowledge across Asian exchanges
- Good knowledge on networks (TCP/IP) is a plus
- Good knowledge on FIX/Exchange protocol is a plus
- Experience on FPGA development is a plus
