Main Responsibilities
- Actively sell products and achieve sales targets
- Advise customers using strong product knowledge
- Upsell and cross-sell to maximize revenue
- Support promotions and sales campaigns
- Handle POS transactions and payments
- Maintain basic store standards and product displays
Main Requirements
- Proven sales experience in retail (duty-free or luxury retail is a plus)
- Strong product knowledge and ability to explain features and benefits
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- Confident sales-driven and customer-focused
