Dutch Speaking Google Ads Account Manager
Location: Barcelona Spain (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time (39 hours/week)
About the Role
We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Google Ads Account Manager to join a fast-growing digital marketing project in this role you will partner with Dutch businesses and agency clients to design and optimize online advertising strategies helping them maximize return on investment while driving long-term growth.
You will work in a performance-driven environment combining consultative sales account management and digital marketing expertise to deliver exceptional client experiences across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of Dutch-speaking advertisers and agency partners

Provide tailored Google Ads strategies to improve campaign performance and ROI

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts

Act as a trusted consultant on digital advertising best practices

Achieve individual sales and performance targets

Proactively engage with clients via phone video calls and email

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and long-term partnership development
Requirements

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
-
C2 level of Dutch and high proficiency in English

12 years of experience in sales account management or online advertising
-
Knowledge of Google Ads YouTube AdSense or related Google products

Strong communication analytical and time-management skills
-
Goal-oriented mindset with a customer-focused approach

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced target-driven environment

Passion for marketing technology and digital advertising
