Inviting applications for the role of Assistant vice President - Associate Principal Finance POD
Support the Finance POD Lead in driving governance performance monitoring market research and data driven insights to strengthen the development and commercialisation of Finance Advisory offerings.
Responsibilities
Market & Competitive Research
Conduct research on industry trends emerging technologies and competitive Finance offerings.
Benchmark best practices and identify whitespace opportunities for new offerings.
Prepare insights that shape Finance R&D strategy and prioritisation.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain documentation for Finance R&D initiatives including charters progress summaries and value cases.
Support preparation for quarterly reviews leadership updates and portfolio discussions.
Governance Compliance & Execution Support
Assist in governance activities ensuring adherence to R&D frameworks approval processes and compliance requirements.
Track risks dependencies and milestones for Finance R&D projects.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance Delivery Growth and Offering teams) to enable smooth execution.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
Relevant years of experience in analytics PMO market research business analysis or Finance operations roles.
Understanding of Finance processes such as FP&A controllership audit financial operations or related domains. ( EPM Record-to-Report FP&A Close/Consolidation or similar).
Strong attention to detail structured working style and ability to work in an agile pod environment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Proactive curious mindset with a willingness to explore new ideas and support offering development.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Proficiency in data analysis reporting tools and dashboard creation
Strong research analytical and documentation skills.
Ability to interpret complex financial and operational data into simple actionable insights.
