Job Title: Quality Specialist
Location: Warsaw Poland Hybrid (3 days/week onsite)
As a Quality Specialist you will play an important role in ensuring that our Quality Management System operates reliably compliantly and in alignment with global and local regulatory expectations. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to highstandards quality processes across the organization partnering closely with Quality Assurance internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and implement the defined Quality Assurance processes and solutions in line with QA manager and Responsible Pharmacist Qualified Person (QP) or Responsible Persons (RP) responsibilities.
- Maintain and implement Quality Assurance plans and programs to develop and improve the compliance of the Quality Management System.
- Contribute actively to the administration and development of all processes related to Quality Assurance activities.
- Collaborate closely with other Quality Assurance functions internal entities and external suppliers.
- Measure the alignment of Quality Assurance activities and track discrepancies from standards plans and processes.
- Serve as the point of contact for Quality tools such as the documentation management system training management systems and quality recording tools.
- Evaluate and improve the quality of operations and processes to meet business needs.
- Implement execute and maintain programs and plans related to Quality Assurance.
- Ensure compliance of products and processes with GMP (EudraLex Vol. 4) GDP (EU GDP 2013) and ISO standards (e.g. ISO 13485 ISO 22716).
- Participate in transformation initiatives and changes related to Quality Assurance practices.
Skills & Qualifications
- 25 years of relevant experience.
- Practical knowledge of Quality Assurance processes obtained through advanced education and handson experience.
- Ability to work independently with general to moderate supervision and recognized as an intermediate-level contributor.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills applying prior experience to resolve moderately difficult issues.
- Ability to collaborate primarily with colleagues within the same function and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Capability to address task-related issues using existing solutions and established processes.
- Fluency in English; other languages are an advantage.
