Job Summary
Our client a major Life Insurance carrier is seeking a Service Representative with Annuities (After Tax Annuity) administration experience for a long term contract (2 years 8 hours per day).
You can come on board as our W2 employee. This is a hybrid position (onsite 3 days per week) in Charlotte NC. Work from home/remote is possible for an exceptional candidate.
In this role you will be responsible for day-to-day client service and administrative support for annuity products. This will include ensuring that all transactions are processed according to company and regulatory standards. These transactions include processing financial and non-financial post-issue transactions to include maturities surrenders cash withdrawals annuitizations fund transfers 1035 exchanges beneficiary changes etc.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Process financial and non-financial transactions on annuity products within service level agreements and with a high degree of accuracy
- Respond to client requests submitted via secured email as well as other forms of written requests
- Researching and/or coordinating with the third party administrator on resolving Not In Good Order transactions.
- Perform other post-issue duties as required or assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Three or more years of related work experience in the annuities/ after tax annuities operations industry with experience in a customer service environment
- Written client communication/correspondence experience with the ability to clearly convey information to clients and internal business partners. Examples will be requested
- Call Center experience is a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred bachelors degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Computer/technical skills - including the use of MS Office; system knowledge/proficiency in systems such as: Siebel or other CRM VPAS Life70 Cyber Life OIPA or other annuity / life insurance administration system.

Compensation: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
