你的工作内容

利用CG行业的知识/经验分析客户工作流程推进用户关系维护用户留存和拓展
为企业用户提供培训咨询和支持帮助其最大化利用公司软件及内容平台
根据每位客户的需求发展路径和本地用户趋势创造有效用户培训及支持内容以提高用户参与度和最大化用户内容创作
面向各类目标用户及社区制作培训演示举办公开用户交流大会和在线直播以帮助中国创作者更轻松地使用 Marvelous Designer
积极主动地与用户互动支持他们的需求收集并分析用户对软件的反馈或需求并与全球研发团队和业务团队分享
与 Marvelous Designer 的全球团队合作策划并执行各类项目

你需要具备

5-10年CG行业或科技/初创行业的工作经验熟悉Marvelous Designer
了解CG工作流程或具备CG/3D软件 (包括虚幻引擎Maya3ds MaxSubstanceBlender 和 Houdini等) 相关知识
富有创造力好奇心强且对技术充满热情能够快速适应新软件
思维敏捷能够在快节奏的环境中高效工作
积极热情渴望与公司共同成长分享成功
拥有优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神并具备流利的中文以及良好的英语沟通能力

你的加分项

拥有时尚平面设计或数字内容制作相关专业的学士学位

Your role overview

Using Marvelous Designer- the worlds leading 3D Clothing Design Software this pivotal role- 3D Designer is at the intersection of tech fashion and art transforming complex technical support into strategic growth by consulting for top-tier studios and academy partners.

As a 3D Designer in our Shanghai office you will empower the next generation of storytellers in the gaming/ animation industries to bridge the gap between imagination and reality. Youll help elevate user insights into strategic business growth and commanding industry stages. So join us in our mission to provide the worlds most innovative tools. What you will do

Responsible for user relations retention and expansion of users through analysis of client workflow and your CG industry knowledge/experience.

Train consult and support Enterprise Users to fully utilize the software and platform we provide.

Build contents necessary for effective user training and support based

on each clients needs & pipeline and local user trends to maximize user engagement and content creation

Produce training demos and conduct public seminars and online streamings to a variety of target users and the community to make it easier for creators in China to utilize Marvelous Designer

Constantly be proactive in engaging with the users supporting their needs and collecting/ analyzing feedback or requirements on the software and sharing them with the global R&D team and business teams

Collaborate with Marvelous Designers global team to plan and execute various projects

What you should be equipped with

5-10 years of work experience in the CG and tech industry or startup companies with proficiency in Marvelous Designer

Understanding of workflows in the CG works or having knowledge of CG/3D software including Unreal Engine Maya 3Ds Max Substance Blender and Houdini

Creative curious and tech-savvy as candidates shall quickly adapt to new software and show passion in new technologies

Agile with proven ability to work in fast-paced environments and adhere to tight deadlines

Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a desire to invest in the long term

Excellent communicator and team player with fluent Chinese and good command in English(reading and speaking)

Your Bonus Points

Bachelors degree in one of the following fields or related studies will be a plus - fashion graphic designs digital contents production etc.

Knowledge of pattern making Marvelous Designer or CLO will be a plus

Willingness to travel locally and overseas (with guaranteed personal safety)
