Senior Industrial / Product Designer Handheld Consumer Electronics
职位职责 / Job Responsibilities
1. 负责手持类消费电子产品如智能设备便携式电子产品可穿戴或智能硬件的前端创新设计开展用户访谈可用性测试及用户研究推动以用户为中心的设计决策 Conduct front-end innovation design for handheld consumer electronic products (e.g. smart devices portable electronics wearables or intelligent hardware) including user interviews usability testing and user research to drive user-centered design decisions.
2. 从概念阶段到前期设计落地主导工业设计与产品设计方案综合考虑外观形态人体工学CMF使用体验及可制造性 Drive industrial and product design concepts from ideation to front-end execution considering form factor ergonomics CMF usability and manufacturability.
3. 以系统化视角进行设计理解产品生态软硬件协同及使用场景确保产品外观交互和体验的一致性与完整性Develop holistic design solutions by understanding product ecosystems hardwaresoftware integration and real-world usage scenarios.
4. 通过草图工业设计效果图3D方案及原型高质量表达设计理念并根据跨团队反馈持续迭代优化 Create high-quality sketches industrial design visuals 3D concepts and prototypes to clearly communicate design intent and iterate based on feedback.
5. 独立完成设计输出确保设计质量视觉一致性及品牌契合度并支持工程及量产阶段的设计落地 Independently deliver design outputs with strong attention to quality consistency and brand alignment supporting engineering and mass production.
6. 清晰系统地输出设计规范设计逻辑用户流程等文档支持跨地区跨文化团队协作 Document design specifications workflows and rationale clearly to support cross-regional and cross-cultural collaboration.
7. 与全球化的产品工程市场等团队紧密合作能够使用英语进行设计汇报评审和日常沟通 Collaborate closely with global cross-functional teams effectively presenting and discussing design work in English.
8. 结合市场趋势用户洞察及商业目标挖掘消费电子产品的创新机会 Translate user insights market trends and business objectives into differentiated consumer electronics design solutions.
任职资格 / Qualifications:
1. 工业设计产品设计交互设计UX设计等相关专业本科及以上学历 Bachelors or Masters degree in Industrial Design Product Design Interaction Design UX Design or related disciplines.
2. 5年以上工业设计 / 产品设计相关经验有手持类电子产品或智能硬件项目经验 有国际项目或跨区域团队合作经验者优先 5 years of experience in industrial or product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating handheld consumer electronics or smart hardware products; Experience working on international or cross-regional projects is a strong plus. 技能要求 / Skills
3. 扎实的工业设计基础造型结构意识人体工学CMF Strong foundation in industrial design ergonomics and CMF.
4. 熟练使用设计及原型工具 良好的英语口头及书面沟通能力 良好的跨团队协作与项目推动能力 Proficiency in design and prototyping tools. Fluent communication skills Strong collaboration and stakeholder management capabilities.
