A leading global outsourcing and customer experience organisation is looking to appoint a commercially astute Finance Manager to support large-scale service delivery operations in South Africa.
This role sits at the heart of the business partnering closely with Operations and senior leadership to drive financial performance protect margins and support informed decision-making across complex contract-driven environments.

What Youll Be Doing:
- Own the full financial management cycle including monthly management accounts forecasts budgets and variance analysis
- Act as a trusted business partner to Operations providing commercial insight and constructive challenge
- Translate operational KPIs (volumes productivity staffing and attrition) into clear financial impact
- Support contract-level financial performance including margin analysis SLA risk assessment and re-forecasting
- Monitor and manage key cost drivers particularly labour overtime productivity and utilisation
- Provide scenario modelling and decision support for operational and strategic initiatives
- Ensure strong financial controls balance sheet ownership (accruals provisions and WIP) and governance
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across finance and operations
What Were Looking For:
- Qualified finance professional (CA(SA) CIMA ACCA or equivalent)
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or senior commercial finance professional
- Strong business partnering experience within operational fast-paced environments
- Exposure to BPO contact centre outsourcing shared services or contract-based businesses is highly advantageous
- Solid understanding of margin management cost control and operational drivers
- Confident communicator able to challenge stakeholders constructively
- Comfortable working under pressure in a performance-driven environment
