We are searching for new team members to join our growing M&A team in Stockholm! KPMG Corporate Finance a leading provider of M&A and Valuation Services in Sweden and globally is currently looking for new colleagues to join us with the start in August 2026 (or by agreement).

KPMG Corporate Finance is a market-leading advisor within M&A and Valuation Services both in Sweden and globally. As part of KPMG Deal Advisory in Stockholm you will join a team of over 100 transaction specialists. Globally we are more than 8000 M&A professionals in 84 countries.

Our Stockholm team has a strong track record of advising leading Nordic and international clients - including listed companies private equity firms and entrepreneurs across a wide range of industries.

What will you do in this role

Our M&A team supports clients throughout the full transaction cycle from initial strategic considerations and valuation to transaction structuring process management and negotiation. You will play a key role in project execution including:

  • Supporting the full deal process from pitching to closing
  • Preparing presentations financial analyses and data books
  • Assisting in due diligence alongside senior colleagues
  • Facilitating communication between investors buyers and sellers
  • Joining negotiations and strategy discussions
  • Conducting industry and market research
  • Building strong financial modeling and valuation skills
  • Growing your professional network with clients investors and colleagues
