Job Summary
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technical delivery of ServiceNow ITOM modules including Discovery CMDB Service Mapping Event Management and Cloud Management.
Collaborate with Solution Architects and Project Managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Develop configure and customize ServiceNow applications and integrations according to best practices.
Conduct workshops and technical sessions to gather and refine client requirements.
Perform CMDB health checks develop discovery strategies and maintain data accuracy and integrity.
Provide mentorship to junior developers and consultants.
Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain documentation and ensure code quality through peer reviews and adherence to development standards.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience with at least 3 years focused on ITOM.
Strong hands-on expertise with ITOM modules: Discovery CMDB Event Management Service Mapping etc.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist ITOM required.
Strong scripting skills in JavaScript Glide and Flow Designer.
Solid understanding of ITIL and ITSM/ITOM processes.
Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and infrastructure components.
Exposure to Agile and DevOps delivery models.
Experience working with third-party monitoring tools (e.g. SolarWinds Dynatrace SCOM).
