For our IT department we are seeking a qualified IT Supplier Manager (IT Vendor Manager) responsible for the strategic and operational management of IT suppliers.

Ensure effective governance and strategic alignment of the IT supplier portfolio
Monitor supplier performance compliance and contractual obligations
Define maintain and enforce supplier governance policies standards and processes
Manage key supplier relationships performance (SLAs/KPIs) and escalations
Oversee contracts renewals commercial terms and reporting dashboards
Identify and implement cost savings process improvements and value creation initiatives
Support sourcing RfX activities and supplier onboarding/offboarding
Provide clear reporting insights and recommendations to management
Guide train and support stakeholders on supplier management practices
Required
Bachelors degree in IT Business or a related field
5 years of experience in IT supplier management procurement or contract management
Strong knowledge of supplier governance performance management and contract lifecycle processes
Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills
Very good English skills
Nice to have
Experience with IT procurement or supplier management tools (SAP Ariba Coupa Ivalua)
Knowledge of ITIL sourcing strategies or cost optimization frameworks
German language skills
