We are seeking a talented and visionary Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Berlin Germany. As a Product Manager you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and driving innovation within our organization.
- Lead the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company goals and market demands
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering design and marketing to ensure successful product development and delivery
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform decision-making
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs
- Present product strategies roadmaps and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Computer Science or related field; Masters degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of product management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira or Trello
- Solid understanding of user experience (UX) design principles
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
- Proven experience in cross-functional stakeholder management
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex product challenges
- In-depth understanding of market trends and competitive landscape in relevant industries
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams
- Ideal candidate should have knowledge of Lending and regulatory reporting Securities Trading and Legal reporting
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English; other European languages (preferably German) are a plus
