About the Role
We build product in a highly modern hands-on way. Product Managers dont just write specs they actively build experiment and ship alongside engineers. We move fast iterate continuously and use modern tools (including Cursor and AI-assisted development) to turn ideas into production quickly.
Were looking for a Product Manager who thrives in a dynamic environment enjoys ambiguity and wants deep ownership of both product outcomes and execution.
Tasks
What Youll Do
- Own product areas end-to-end from discovery through delivery and iteration
- Build directly in the product using modern tools and AI-assisted workflows
- Collaborate closely with Engineers and Designers in small empowered teams
- Translate customer problems into shipped solutions not just documents
- Drive rapid experimentation validation and iteration
- Make pragmatic product decisions balancing speed quality and impact
- Continuously refine product scope based on real usage and feedback
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- Experience as a Product Manager shipping real products
- A strong builder mindset: youre comfortable getting hands-on in the product
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous fast-changing environments
- Comfort using modern tools including AI to accelerate product work
- Strong product judgment and user-centric thinking
- Clear communication and a bias toward action
- Willingness to collaborate deeply with Engineers who expect PMs to build
Nice to Have
- Experience in startups or fast-growing product teams
- Technical fluency (you dont need to be an engineer but you can build)
- Experience with modern product discovery and experimentation methods
- Background in design engineering or dataExperience working with AI-powered or developer-facing products
