Ansell is looking for a Marketing Director LAC to join our team in Queretaro!
The Marketing Director will lead all customer and channel marketing activities across the LAC market for all Ansell Commercial Units. This role will be responsible for designing and leading a Regional Marketing organization that supports a more advanced customer-centric approach to selling and engagement. The Marketing Director will define the regional marketing strategy and develop the annual operating plan in close collaboration with the LAC Commercial Unit Leader.
In addition the Marketing Director will provide critical regional input into Business Unit brand strategies including product portfolio management and product marketing ensuring strong local relevance and execution.
Finally the Marketing Director will play a key role in driving LAC revenue growth by enhancing customer and end-user experience expanding channel distributor networks and advancing a multi-channel approach to strengthen Ansell brand equity market penetration and revenue growth across all strategic verticals.

What your role will be
Develop and execute annual strategic marketing plans leading all demand generation initiatives across LAC for both end users and distribution channels. This includes lead generation increasing share of wallet with existing customers brand building targeted strategic account plans across priority verticals experiential marketing initiatives and the measurement and communication of marketing-driven business results.
Influence Channel Portfolio Management in LAC in close collaboration with the Regional Commercial Unit Leader and Country Sales Leaders. This includes leading channel NPD commercial execution (launches promotions and portfolio rejuvenation) developing and executing channel-specific marketing and branding programs managing SKU rationalization and inventory optimization (excess slow-moving and expired products) executing channel promotional plans and activating portfolio architecture at a regional level.
Lead digital engagement efforts across the LAC region by coordinating distributor e-commerce capabilities enriching product data to remain competitive improving the Ansell experience on distributor platforms developing multi-channel digital engagement plans aligned with LAC needs managing paid media budgets and overseeing local agency relationships.
Develop coordinate and communicate specialized branding materials to support sales effectiveness.
Lead the Inside Sales organization as an additional demand generation engine across Latin America.
Influence LAC training strategies and content for both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Serve as a member of the Americas Marketing Leadership Team.
Lead a multidisciplinary team of approximately 20 members across multiple countries and sites with strong cross-functional influence.
What will you bring to Ansell
Bachelors degree in Marketing or a related business field; MBA preferred.
15 years of marketing experience including strong expertise in distributor and channel marketing.
Deep understanding of marketing and sales alignment.
Proven experience in product management and marketing channel development.
Strong background in marketing analytics and performance measurement.
Demonstrated ability to lead geographically diverse teams to achieve business customer and brand objectives.
Proven track record in developing junior marketing talent and building both technical and leadership capabilities.
Strong partnership-building skills with sales leadership including channel teams to deliver measurable business results.
Solid project management and organizational capabilities.
Excellent verbal written and presentation skills.
Experience working within global organizations and matrix structures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Results-driven mindset with a creative and strategic approach.
Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently multitask and adapt to change.
Self-motivated flexible and proactive.
Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% for customer engagement and team collaboration.
