Role at a Glance:

As a Marketing Development Representative (MDR) at Paystand youll be a key player in our Sales team driving the growth of a groundbreaking platform thats transforming B2B payments. Your primary mission will be to qualify inbound leads and introduce potential customers to a solution that challenges the status quo of traditional payment methods.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a fast-paced high-energy environment. What Youll Do:

  • Engage and qualify inbound leads to identify high-potential opportunities.
  • Analyze target accounts and develop tailored outreach strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Educate potential customers on the unique benefits of Paystands platform.
  • Use your creativity to engage and nurture leads through social media and other digital channels.
  • Collaborate with Sales Marketing and other cross-functional teams to optimize lead conversion.
  • Participate in continuous learning and development to enhance your skills and career progression.

What Were Looking For:

  • A passion for technology and innovation in the payments and SaaS industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with social selling tools preferably LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • A proactive results-driven approach with a growth mindset.
  • Prior experience in a sales marketing hospitality or customer-facing role.
  • Prior experience using CRM tools like HubSpot creating email sequences and media content will be a differentiator.
  • Experience or interest in working with AI/Automation tools is desirable
  • Fluent English is a must.
