Job Summary

Ausjobz is an independent proudly WAowned recruitment specialist connecting exceptional local talent with some of Australias leading mining construction engineering and industrial services organizations.

Were currently partnering with two outstanding clients who are seeking dedicated professionals to join their teams in the roles below.

Both positions are contract positions until June 2026. Monday to Friday 38 hours a week.

Position 1: Payroll Coordinator

About the Role

Are you detaildriven proactive and passionate about delivering an exceptional employee experience

This role will see you supporting a highperforming HR operations team by coordinating onboarding processes maintaining accurate employee data and preparing key employment documentation. If you have solid SuccessFactors experience and thrive in a structured peoplefocused environment this is your opportunity to shine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process new starter information in SuccessFactors Onboarding Manage Pending Recruits and Employee Central
  • Complete first pay calculations to support payroll accuracy
  • Review and validate employee data changes in SuccessFactors
  • Manage workflow steps and approvals
  • Prepare contracts employment variation letters and other HR documentation
  • Collate analyze and maintain highquality HR data and reports

Skills & Experience

  • Strong proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Onboarding
  • Experience supporting payroll operations
  • Confidence drafting contracts and HR correspondence
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • High competence with Excel and data management

Position 2: Financial Support Officer (Hardship)

About the Role

Make a meaningful difference every day by supporting customers facing financial hardship or family violence.

In this compassionate and impactful role youll provide empathetic case management coordinate payment solutions and help customers access essential support programs. You will work collaboratively with financial counsellors community networks and internal teams to ensure every customer receives dignified respectful and timely assistance.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Deliver empathetic case management to customers on hardship programs
  • Support customers experiencing family violence with sensitivity and confidentiality
  • Negotiate sustainable payment arrangements
  • Manage concessions rebates and eligibility requirements
  • Enter monitor and withdraw customers from hardship programs

Key Skills & Experience

  • Experience supporting vulnerable or atrisk customers ideally in a contact center.
  • Ability to work closely with financial counsellors to create positive outcomes
  • Demonstrated understanding of family violence protocols and privacy standards.
  • Background in payment arrangement negotiation.
  • A caring confident phone manner and genuine desire to make a difference
  • Ability to apply Customer First service principles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication empathy and active listening
