Job Summary

About the Role:

Carbiz is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our growing Marketing & Vibes team. This role is ideal for a recent marketing graduate or final-year student ready to broaden their skill set and make a real impact.

Youll support day-to-day marketing activity across our brands including Carbiz ProofTec and our Warranty Division helping bring campaigns content and events to life. With hands-on experience ongoing training and close support from senior leaders this role is designed to help you build strong foundations for a long-term marketing career.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and delivering marketing campaigns across social media digital print and events.
Assist in managing Carbizs social media presence actively participating in content creation including basic design/video content scheduling posts monitoring engagement and responding to comments or enquiries across platforms.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on design and advertising initiatives including graphics videos and branded collateral.
Support the planning coordination and attendance of marketing events trade shows activations and promotional activities.
Track analyse and report on marketing performance using data and insights to optimise future campaigns.

About You:

Degree in Marketing Communications or a related discipline (preferred)
2 years experience in marketing communications or a similar role (desirable but not essential)
Strong copywriting and content creation skills across digital and print
Experience supporting or coordinating marketing events and brand activations
Familiarity with marketing and content tools such as Canva CapCut Campaign Monitor and social media platforms (LinkedIn Instagram Facebook TikTok YouTube)
Creative thinker with strong storytelling ability and attention to detail
Highly organised able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Confident communicator who collaborates well with internal and external stakeholders
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret results and apply insights
