Job Summary

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents in a long-term care/skilled nursing environment in Ellensburg WA. This role focuses on delivering high-quality resident-centered care assisting with daily living activities and maintaining a safe and supportive environment for long-term care patients.

Responsibilities

Provide direct resident care including bathing dressing feeding and mobility assistance
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Monitor residents conditions and report changes to the nursing team
Ensure resident dignity comfort and safety at all times
Work flexible evening shifts including 8-hour and 16-hour rotations
Adhere to all facility policies procedures and care standards

Qualifications

Active Washington State CNA certification
Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
