The Manager of Enterprise Digital Infrastructure and Connectivity leads the engineering and operations of enterprise data networking and unified communications across Nebraska Medicine and UNMC. Owns the strategy reliability and lifecycle of LAN/WAN wireless data center and cloud networking VoIP collaboration platforms and contact center technologies. Ensures secure resilient connectivity and communication services that enable patient care education and research.
Required Qualifications: Manager Enterprise Digital Infrastructure and Connectivity
Minimum of 10 years progressive network/voice engineering experience including large complex multisite environments required.
Minimum of 3 years leading technical teams with247operational accountability required.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering or related field required.
Handsonexpertisewith enterprise routing/switching wireless SDWAN loadbalancing DNS/DHCP SIPtrunking QoS and UC/collaboration required.
Experience with contact center platforms and callflow/IVR design required.
Demonstratedmastery of ITIL processes (incident change problem) and service reporting required.
Strong vendor management and budgeting experience required.
Preferred Qualifications: Manager Enterprise Digital Infrastructure and Connectivity
Healthcare delivery organization experience and familiarity with clinical communications preferred.
Certifications: CCNP/CCIE (or equivalent vendor certs) Cisco Collaboration/Voice Palo Alto ITIL PMP preferred.
Cloud networking: AzureVNets/VWAN AWS VPC/Transit Gateway hybrid connectivity preferred.
Zero Trust segmentation microsegmentation NAC and network automation (IaC/APIs) preferred.
